Effective evaluation requires that data be collected both prior to and during the course of the intervention programs. The workbook contains a questionnaire design, sampling methodology, data collection preparation activities, data collection, data processing, and analysis. Each section provides guides for conducting all stages of the research project, such as training the interviewers and compiling the survey results into usable data.
