HUD will soon release reports from a series of studies documenting how the housing stock evolves between American Housing Survey years.

  • The Components of Inventory Change (CINCH) report focuses on how housing units move in and out of the housing stock.
  • The Rental Market Dynamics report concentrates on the rental stock and examines how the affordability of units changed over a two-year period.

Be among the first to examine key sections of these new reports and explore some of the findings from the 2015-2017 study period.
