PD&R manages the HUD component of the Partnership for Advancing Technology in Housing (PATH), a federal interagency and industry partnership that seeks to make American housing more affordable, durable, safe, energy-efficient, and disaster-resistant. PATH helps develop and disseminate advanced housing technologies and innovative residential building techniques. The Partnership involves several other federal agencies and numerous stakeholders from all sectors of the housing industry.
