Work With Universities

PD&R administers five competitive grant programs to colleges and universities to help them build partnerships with their neighboring communities and to undertake a range of revitalization activities. PD&R also administers programs to provide work-study assistance to economically disadvantaged and minority students earning masters degrees in community development and related disciplines, and to support Ph.D. candidates and degree holders who undertake research related to HUD's mission.
