The home was located on a plot designed to take advantage of the breezes so that air conditioning would not be required, all while providing a panoramic natural view. Technologies used in the construction were designed to keep the house affordable for low-income families. This was accomplished with the use of precast concrete systems, which reduced the labor costs and build time. The overall costs were a great deal smaller than if traditional construction systems had been used. The home includes a balcony, living room, dining room, one-car garage, 2 bedrooms, master bedroom with a walk-in closet, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry room. This project deserves recognition since it contributes a variety of benefits to the local population and federal government such as:
