
New Tioga County Housing Units to Open in June
The Williamsport (PA) Sun-Gazette (4/25) reports, "The newest member of the Tioga County Housing Authority's housing units, Liberty Cottages, a low-income senior housing development, almost is ready to open. The 11-unit development in Liberty Borough, which took two years to construct, and cost $11 million, will be open and ready to accept residents June 8, according to authority Executive Director Kelley Cevette." Notably, "units are subsidized by the federal department of housing and urban development, with an income limit for eligibility."
