On Thursday, July 12th at 3:15 pm EDT Secretary Shaun Donovan will be hosting a Google+ Hangout with the real estate information site, Zillow, Inc. They will be having a conversation with homeowners, just like you, to discuss President Obama's plan to cut through the red tape and make it easier for responsible homeowners to refinance, even if they are underwater and regardless of who owns their mortgage.
