Palm Beach County Allows Reduced-rent Apartments Near Boynton Beach

Palm Beach County commissioners in a 5-2 vote "stood behind the county's long-standing policy of encouraging developers to add to the inventory of homes priced for teachers, firefighters and young professionals who in the past had trouble affording local homes."
