State and Local Officials Work to Reduce Obstacles to 'Fair Housing'.
The Sussex Countian (8/16, Prado) reports that in Dover, Delaware, "local and state officials have crafted a 500-page document that lays out plans to increase workforce housing in New Castle County and increase affordable rental housing in already developed areas with adequate infrastructure in Kent and Sussex counties." The document they created "analyzes laws in communities throughout Delaware to ensure fair housing choice is available to all people of similar income levels regardless of their race, color and religion, per state and federal laws."
