Groundbreaking For $23 Million Affordable Senior Housing Community.
The Senior Housing News (10/5, Gerace) reports that "the Michaels Development Company and LINC Housing Corporation recently broke ground on a $23 million, mixed-use affordable housing community, Red Star Apartments, in Oakland, Ca." The complex will offer apartments to low-income senior citizens.
