From Blight to Bright: Hyenga Lake Senior Housing Opens in Nanuet.
The Westchester (NY) Journal News (10/13, Easley) reports that "a two-year effort to transform an infamous rundown bungalow colony into affordable housing for seniors came to fruition Wednesday with the formal opening of Hyenga Lake Senior Housing." The complex has 65 units for low-income seniors.
