City Officials Dedicate Savannah Gardens Development
The Savannah (GA) Morning News (11/3, Conn) reports that the first phase of the Savannah Gardens affordable housing development has been completed. The complex is Savannah's "largest affordable housing development" and has 115 apartments already completed. The Morning News notes that an additional 40 units for the elderly are still under construction.
