
Gotham Breaks Ground on $520M Residential Project
The CityBizList (11/9) website reports, "With nearly a full city block as its development ground, Gotham Organization Inc. has broken ground on a $520 million residential project in Midtown West. " The project will include "682 income-restricted housing units, predominately within the three mid-rise buildings along 44th and 45th Streets in the Clinton neighborhood." The first wave of units will open in 2014.
