
City Declares Progress in Housing Homeless
The Fresno (CA) Business Journal (11/10, Kincheloe) reports that the City of Fresno released a statement saying "significant progress is being made in connecting homeless individuals with housing resources and appropriate services." In Fresno in the last week, "58 individuals have either been housed or have received financial assistance to help in their search for a housing unit" while "another 68 have been connected with services that include transitional housing."
