Full Overnight Homeless Funding Restored

The Chicago Tribune (12/1, Dardick, 463K) reports that the city of "Chicago plans to resume providing full overnight services to homeless people after state lawmakers restored funding for those types of programs across Illinois." Evelyn Diaz of the Department of Family and Support Services says, though, that it is "unclear how quickly that can happen because the city is trying to determine how fast the money will start flowing."
