Regulatory Barriers - Nation Call To Action: Reports

This report provides an update of the 2003 Housing Study for the city of Ormond Beach, Florida, and presents recommendations from the city's Affordable Housing Task Force. The report identifies typical factors that affect housing affordability, and analyzes potential strategies to increase the supply of affordable housing in the city. Strategies recommended in the report to reduce housing costs include flexible development standards, fee reductions, and administrative and procedural reforms.
