§18062.8. Manufacturer sale of homes to public agencies
It is unlawful for any manufacturer or distributor licensed under this part to do any of the following:
(p) Sell manufactured homes, mobile homes, or commercial coaches to persons not licensed under this part for resale, except as authorized pursuant to Sections 18015.7 or 18062.9.

§18015.7. Subdivision (p) of Section 18062.8 shall not apply to a sale to a city, county, city and county, or any other public agency for the purpose of providing housing for low- and moderate-income households, as defined in Section 50093.
