    DISSERTATION GRANTS AVAILABLE
    HUD's Office of University Partnerships announces the fourth round of its Doctoral Dissertation Research Grants Program. The purpose of these grants is to encourage doctoral candidates to engage in policy-relevant community, housing, and urban development research. Topics may come from a wide range of disciplines and should reflect HUD's commitment to revitalizing communities, strengthening families, fostering economic growth, and promoting greater housing choices.

    Applications are due January 15, 1997.
